Patriotic red white and blue popsicles made with 3 layers of sherbet that are perfect for a festive celebration this summer!

Ingredients
  

Strawberry Flavor

  • 15 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream

Lemon Flavor

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Core of Pineapple

Blueberry Flavor

  • 3 oz whole blueberries
  • 3 oz Sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

Strawberry Flavor

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth
  • Pour into popsicle molds until ⅓ to ½ full
  • Freeze for minimum 1.5 hours

Lemon Flavor

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth
  • Pour over red layer of popsicle until ¾ full
  • Return to freezer and let chill for 15 minutes
  • Place sticks in popsicle molds
  • Freeze for minimum 1.5 hours

Blueberry Flavor

  • Cover white layer of popsicle with as many whole blueberries as possible
  • Dissolve sugar in sparkling water
  • Pour over blueberries
  • Freeze overnight until completely solid
