These fudgy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Mint Cookies are chewy and soft and taste so good. They are perfect whenever you want a quick treat!
Plus, they are impossible to mess up.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Mint Cookies are a mix between a chocolate sugar cookie, and a chocolate crinkle. Buttery but also fudgy. That’s how we spell yum.

Mint Flavoring
The mint extract is entirely optional; leave it in or take it out to create a different recipe every time you make this.
Omit it, and you simply have Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies. What could possibly be wrong about Chocolate + Chocolate + Chocolate + Cookies.
Add M&M’s
My favorite hack for these cookies is to decorate the top of the cookies with holiday or colored M&M’s before baking to create a festive treat. If you have little ones in the kitchen, it’s the perfect task for them. My kids love being in charge of this. And don’t worry, you can’t add too many!
Extra Sugar
Use turbinado sugar, or the organic sugar from Costco, to get the thick sugar crystals on the outside of your cookies!
Personally, this is my favorite white sugar. I use it for all my recipes, and it’s the best!
